I can’t see straight.
I started getting sick in Dallas, woke up Saturday morning with my head full of snot.  But a little extra sleep and I was well enough to keep my promise to the kids and head to Austin to see Aunt Linda and Aunt Lolly.  Unfortunately, I continued downhill from there.  Sunday morning [...]

After dinner I sat down at the computer (as usual) and finished Max’s page that I started yesterday.
Honestly, these pictures are so old, I can only remember that I think these pictures of Max are adorable. He was such a sweet baby. He constantly spoke gibberish, was constantly laughing, and I never had [...]

A Thanksgiving challenge from Kristin’s blog . . . to take a picture with someone or something that you don’t normally take a picture with.  So, I decided to go with the MOST unusual . . . color.

We’re in Dallas this Thanksgiving, hanging out at my sister’s house. Saturday we’re gonna head down to [...]

Since I completed some digital pages for more recent pictures . . . I decided to back up and find some older pictures of the kids that I could digiscrap.  This will be much easier to do with Emy, considering I’ve had a digital camera most of her life.  But the baby pictures of the [...]

Stole this off of Kristi’s blog.

I am: ready to go home
I know: the traffic will be bad
I want: take a nap
I have: wonderful children
I miss: being alone with my kids
I feel: sleepy
I smell: peanut butter
I crave: grape salad
I cry: easily over sappy things
I search: for interesting stuff to read on [...]

change of life . . .

Houston is having hot flashes.  Jeesh.  Enough already.  Seriously, one day it’s 71°F, the next it’s 48°F.  Yesterday it in the 70s, this morning I woke up to 43° temperatures.  Tomorrow is supposed to be in the mid 70s . . . lasting through the weekend.
Between Houston’s hot flashes and my own moments of spontaneous [...]

The kids and I went to see Bolt! tonight.  It was very cool, definitely gonna purchase that flick when it comes out on DVD.  I loved John Travolta singing with Miley Cyrus during the credits.  It was a great song.
Anyway, we had to stop and pick up some gas on the way home, and this [...]

And another page done.  Weeeeeeeeee . . . . I totally didn’t like this page when I started. I didn’t like any of the embellies I dropped on it, but after deleting most of them and moving the elements around the page for an hour . . . I’m actually really liking the end [...]

Sunday morning, woke up at nine, sipping on coffee, blog hopping, kids gave up on Guitar Hero in favor of breakfast and handed the guitar over to me.  So here I sit with my computer and my guitar.  Saweet.  The only thing that will make it better is when the kids finish breakfast and come [...]
