fussy cutting . . .
By Lesle | November 13, 2008
One of the things I worried about when I decided to start scrapbooking digitally, was how in the heck I was gonna be fussy cutting my pictures. I have a real penchant for cutting the kids out of a photo and sticking ‘em on a page. I just love the way it looks.
And I had the perfect photo of Max that I could use for his back-to-school page . . . so I knew I had to figure it out. Off to the Google I went. And after a moment of (well several moments of) “Why the heck isn’t it working?! ARGH!!!!!” I finally realized I was working in a different version of PSE than the tutorial . . . a short visit with my F1 key and voila! Problem solved.
So, tonight I finished another page. I’m so proud of myself! Hey, it ain’t nothing special . . . but I’m getting there. It’s not all splashy, drop dead gorgeous . . . like the pages of some other digital scrapbookers, but it looks about like something I would do if I was playing with paper. :-)

This is getting kinda fun!

look out all this digi scrapping and you’ll even convince me…though I just can’t do it yet.

Cool! We’re so excited for Max! That is so impressive testing at the top of his class! I think I could get into digital scrapbooking. But if you get frustrated how in the world am I going to do it? Maybe you could do a seminar? Thanks for sharing!
